About Me
I’m licensed as an Acupuncture Physician and CHEK Practitioner.
My passion for health and vitality comes from my athletic drive. I have sought out the best ways to support performance, recovery, and longevity since 2006 when neck pain stopped me in my tracks. Acupuncture resolved the pain, migraines, menstrual cramps, allergies, and anxiety without taking daily pills for the rest of my life.

In August 2022, I put my methods to the test at the field hockey World Cup. Team USA and I took 7th place overall! I trained using the CHEK system, TCM, and homeopathic recovery techniques to perform at an elite level.
